Restaurant Spotlight: Merois

With spectacular views of the city and a globally inspired menu, Wolfgang Puck’s Merois does not disappoint. The stylish rooftop includes a raw bar and sushi menu alongside heartier main dishes with flavors of Thailand, Singapore, Japan, and beyond. For our visit, we had the hamachi tostada which was their take on crispy rice spicy tuna rolls, the chicken meatballs, broccolini, the crab fried rice and the night’s special which was a fall-off-the-bone meat dish I can’t remember the name of. Overall EVERYTHING was tasty, full of flavor and well presented. We also had two desserts since it was my birthday dinner, and they were beautiful.
