Restaurant Spotlight: Bone Kettle

Be fair warned, you might want to try everything on the menu, and you won't be disappointed if you do. With a decent selection of menu items, from oxtail dumplings, bone marrow, and Indonesian fried rice, they are famed for their noodle soups. Bone Kettle’s bone broth is made using time-honored Southeast Asian cooking techniques made by boiling beef in filtered water with onions, garlic, ginger and a mix of dried spices, for 36 hours. Reservations recommended but not required.
